Sponsor News: The Salmat Sessions

Salmat, Australia’s largest customer communications organisation, has launched the Salmat Sessions webinar series. These monthly events are aimed at professionals working in the contact centre industry and will examine some of the best practice processes and techniques currently being utilised by Salmat, the biggest contact centre organisation in the southern hemisphere with over 4,000 seats.

Each webinar will focus on a different element of contact centre operations and highlight some techniques and applications that can make a real difference to financial efficiency, staff motivation and customer satisfaction. Webinar topics will include WFM, agent training, skills-based routing and remote working.

The first webinar in the series examines the latest developments in WFM.
